Amazing location in Old Street area hard to find so call ahead or take the offer of collection. Wang is an amazing host take up the offer of private car to all the sites for the day cost 350 Yuan. Remember the electric blankets in winter months.

Best hosts I've ever encountered while traveling. Very warm and understanding people, helped me a lot with all issues and questions I had. Also cooked sublime breakfasts, many thanks! And the overall experience was really nice, the place is authentic yet cozy. Both the hotel and the street it's located in have the old Chinese flavor which was a pleasure to spend evenings around. The location might be a bit far from the major attractions of the area but is conveniently located near bus stops and transportation points, the hosts will help finding the best transfer option. And hosts also helped to arrange a free of charge pick up service upon arrival which was really nice of them.
