Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and good value for what you pay for. Perfect location right next to the beach and the local night markets. It helped having the bikes so we could go anywhere.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was upgraded at no extra cost due to a noise issue that I had. I am extremely grateful for that. The location is great, right next to Dongdamen night market, two local supermarkets and also an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre. Plenty of restaurants and eating places around. Few minutes walk to the beach too. I will be returning to Hualien in the future. I will definitely stay at Jinguann again and would highly recommend to other travellers.

The owner / manager was always approachable by text for any questions. Walking distance to night market. Two chairs and proper slippers provided. There’s a terrace on the roof with nice sunset view.

Great location, staff were lovely. There was free laundry facilities for guests and they were able to store our bikes.
