Loved our stay, room feels like home, filter water around the corner, fridge on ground floor for guests to use, good ventilation once open balcony door and bathroom window. Staff helped us booked a taxi with card payment, super helpful!

This acommodation is simply wonderful. I can tell that every detail is thought through. This gives a very solid and high-quality feel. From the choice of mattresses, bed linen, elevator, soundproof rooms to bathroom/shower quality/details and cleanliness. Just great. Parking is very convenient. Also, Ting is a helpful and caring host!

Thanks for upgrading us to a bigger room! 10mins taxi ride NTD135 from the train station. Lady owner helped to book a pickup taxi from hotel, by meter, no extra charge. Mall nearby Lady owner made time to advice on attractions Beautiful room and mountain view

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Prior to our arrival to Hualien, they messaged me about our stay, and they also answered some of my queries about how to go around Hualien and from Hualien to other parts of Taiwan. Checking in and out was a breeze! The location is great! A few steps from the homestay are a shopping mall and a bus stop where buses that go around the town make a stop. Going to Hualien train station and other points of interest is convenient if you are staying here. The lobby of the homestay looks very posh and grandoise. Another good thing is that they have an elevator! The room we got is clean, cozy, and spacious.. The bed was comfortable and toilet is big! There is also a balcony but our view was the next door homestay which was okay for us. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to other travellers who plan to stay at Hualien!
