- Prompt communication via the app and line. - Ability to pay cash on arrival, we organised someone to meet on arrival. - Good soundproofing. - Clean rooms with aircon and humidifier. - Little touches like slippers, water cups and jug, toothpaste and towels. - Secure building with access codes that change each day. - Can store bike in your room. Overall, really good value and I would stay here again.

I booked this hotel seeing that it's walking distance to Hsinchu Governor City God Temple (新竹都城隍庙). They use LINE to do all the communication. It would like good to install LINE to make everything go smooth. They accept payment via LINE or directly bank into their account. However, since we are foreigners, they accept cash payment during our check-in. They will send you all the details (i.e. door password, etc. ) once payment is made. There is a lift to serve floor 2 to 5. However, if you have big luggage, you may need to carry it up the staircase to reach 1st floor. Only then you can access to the lift. Thus, please pack light. :) We were early before check-in time and they let us keep our luggage at the corridor (there is a surveillance camera). The room is really spacious and well equipped with everything we need. There is a coin laundry near the hotel. Overall We really enjoyed our stay.

Very happy with my stay in this hotel. I chose it because of its convenient location. The value for money was excellent, the room was large and the bed comfortable. I did not see any staff, but they were responsive via messages I could self check in and out so that's great for me.
