I was here on 8 December 2025 with my family and really enjoyed my stay at Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu. The location is excellent, in the city centre, within walking distance of Big City mall, Sogo and plenty of food options and convenience stores, so it is very easy to get around. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a proper work desk and a bed that actually lets you rest. The finishes aren’t brand-new, but everything was well maintained and felt solid and reliable, which matters more to me than trendy decor. Service throughout the stay was professional and warm. Staff were helpful with directions and the hotel overall felt safe, calm and well run. Happy to stay here again with my family and would recommend Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu to anyone who wants a comfortable base in Hsinchu with everything you need within easy reach.
