It's a lovely place, close to everything yet with a farm feel. The chickens and geese were a nice surprise that we all enjoyed, and they were so well behaved. The chocolates on the pillows and the little welcome messages in the rooms was a nice touch, and attention to detail is excellent. Jenni was very welcoming and overall we had a superb experience. Definately recommend Aloe Croft if you need somewhere to stay while in Hilton, Howick or even Pietermaritzburg or just for a relaxing getaway in the country.

It was situated in the most beautiful estate and the cottage so excellently equipped with everything you could think of. The attention to detail by the host made it feel like walking into 5 star accommodation. 100% will book this property sooner rather than later

Although we did not meet the tenant personally, we were welcomed with fresh water and handpicked flowers. The move-in instructions, despite being quite extensive, are easy to follow, allowing for a seamless move-in. The apartment features a lot of utilities. Especially the washing machine and the dryer came in very handy after two weeks of travelling.

The property was spotless and very comfortable. The verandah is the real gem which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view whilst listening to the bird life. A peaceful haven indeed. The staff were exceptional and looked after us so well over the week we stayed.

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay at this accommodation. Jenni is a warm and welcoming host, always available to assist with any questions or needs. The thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruits, rusks, and milk, truly made the experience even more memorable. If you're seeking a peaceful, comfortable place to stay, I highly reccomend Aloe Craft.
