This property will not accommodate Stag or Hen groups or similar.Please note that our free private car park is available only for one car per reservation, but if you are traveling with more than one car, Visitors Parking Permits can be provided to park on the surrounding streets. There is an additional charge of £3 per car per day for the permits which will need to be specifically requested in advance and paid for separately as this cannot be paid for via the booking.com website.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Great location with everything we needed. Every detail was taken care of. The views from the lounge were amazing. We spent many evenings there relaxing and playing games.

The flat was convenient, very comfortable and super well-equipped. The folder of house instructions was the most comprehensive and useful we have ever encountered - the hosts seem to have thought of everything! They are also very responsive if you have questions. The view was superb - we spent a lot of time looking out to sea - and Hove beachfront is 3 minutes walk away. We thought the beach at Hove was nicer than the ones right in Brighton as it's less busy. The parking is convenient and very useful to have, with buses into Brighton town centre also available very nearby. We also enjoyed the walk into Brighton along the seafront, which takes about 45 mins and is full of interesting things to see! Brighton and Hove are both so full of life, the nearby countryside is lovely too, we had a wonderful long weekend.

Flat was lovely and sea view sitting areas spectacular. All amenities thought of. Clean and comfortable.
