The place is very clean, neat and self sufficient. All instructions were clear. There was a fan as well which was needed as it was very hot when we were there. There was a washer tumbler dryer which was very handy and would be very useful for family travelling with kids. There was also a cloth dryer to hang the clothes up. Having a parking space was very handy too. Ian emailed to check that I had managed to get the code to get in as I had tried numerous times emailing to try and get the code.

it was interesting and very useful living next to a high st with all amenities, although when in Green mews it is very quiet and you wouldnt know how close the shops are, but a few minutes walk gets supermarkets, take aways, and frequent buses into brighton or all along the coast. The coast train station is 15min walk away, and the beaches are a 10 min walk away. We walked into brighton for the pier and pavillion which took 50min along the sea front from the house. The house is well insulated and the heating very effective, so look at the user guides. The parking needs care reversing into, i have a mid sized estate and was ok.
