We have stayed before, however this time we both felt standards had slipped, our first night eating in the residents area, we had no lighting, so ate in darkness! Staff didnt seem particularly active or interested in getting drinks or checking we were OK, although they were visibly just standing around!!! Second day, in the morning that staff around the pool were great, very attentive and checked up on us, the staff changed later that day to the "lazy staff", who again just stood around and didnt seem bothered about anyone. I think when you're paying the prices this property demands the service MUST be 10/10 and exceed expectations. The staff in CW for breakfast were incredible, exactly what I would of expected.

A great summer location, surrounded by and nestled in nature, serene and relaxing. It does not disappoint if you are wanting some soul food, not an adventure holiday, stay and be spoilt by nature and the professional staff. Gorgeous food and views.

Everything! We love this property - the location, the wonderful staff (Sam, Jonathan and Patrick), the pool area, rooms and the food. Fantastic - the service and offering are wonderful and it never disappoints. Thank you for the bubbles and the Soy candle and all the goodies to make my birthday special.
