Very clean and quiet. We did not hear the planes flying overhead. It was just a few minutes walk from Hounslow Central tube station. Reception were very friendly and recommended places to eat. The hotel had great security.

It was exceptionally clean. Very presentable and tidy. The receptionist I believe his name was Jas went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He explained everything clearly to us, gave us directions to different locations. I booked the wrong date and he managed to sort it out for me asap which I was so grateful for. He is amazing and deserves a pay rise. Thank you for being so kind, professional and understanding. We would definitely recommend and will be booking again.
