The fine print
Limited car park spaces are available which are on first-come-first-served basis and can not be reserved or guaranteed. There is GBP 13.5 fee for every exit and GBP 13.5 per night for cars and vans to be paid at reception. Coach parking is GBP 40 per day. Minibus or above seater van is GBP 20 per day. Parking is at guests own risk. For the car park, please use the following address: 65 Grove Road, TW3 3PU. Pets can stay for an additional fee of GBP 10 per night. Please note that the credit card used to book must be presented on arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location was nice, the room was cosy. However, we would've liked a conventional bathroom where the toilet and shower are at the same place. There were some privacy issues since we had our 8-year old child with us.

1.Location is close to high street and food especially there is 2 Indian supermarkets,the smaller one has more fresh vegetables and fruits for me , got also morning glories and mangosteens which is tropical fruits …. 2.Check in lady staff was very nice and kind , allowed me to checked into my room one hour earlier which helped my medications which need fridge degree ( I brought portable fridge with me with charging and battery but my car got only spot with on the sun ) Many thanks to her kindness indeed. 3.Free WiFi in the room 4. Has car park beside the hotel even in town Center which is convenient but need to pay parking fee £13.50 per night . 5. Clean room and comfy bed . Although there are a few things need improvement like kettle, hair dyer etc, for overall experience is very impressive and especially staff are very good .
