Location very good and superb staff !!! Very confortable and ready to help , fantastic room and super clean !! Close to Hounslow Central Station and High Street , park available outside and garden in backyard. Wanna thankyou for all .

Customer care and service was excellent and in this respect a special thanks to Raj on reception. He politely and diligently responded to my requests for room service. On arrival helped with my luggage and ensured that there were sufficient provisions - tea,coffee,water etc. Overall the hotel met my expectations and was good value. Proximity to LHR was an added benefit with just a few stops on the Piccadilly Line from LHR.

There was a mix up in room allocation which meant we got a much better room than we ordered. There was many phone calls from the hotel whilst we were at our event to try and rectify this error on their behalf. In then end they decided it would be easier to leave us in the room we had been given.
