Close proximity to the underground station. Very friendly and accommodating staff especially Alex and Rajan who helped carry our heavy bags up the steps . We were also offered the office fan as the night was too warm .

Location was perfect for getting to Heathrow airport - station and shops within 3 minutes walk. Staff were very friendly, they stored our bags prior to checkin time and were quick to respond to any needs. Bed was comfortable.

I was here for one night and was checking out early to catch a flight home. The venue laid on a breakfast for me before the official serving hours to allow me to eat and still make it to the airport on time.
