Paul, the conceige is an amazing member of staff!! He helped me with my bags when I arrived and took me to my room. I had fallen outside and was so grateful to him for his help. He then took me to the terminal on the buggy which was so appreciated.

Very convenient location at Terminal 4 when landing there and easy to transfer to other terminals the following day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices.

This location is walking distance to the departures terminal which is very convenient on fly out day. It is also walking distance to trains that can get you into the centre of London and other areas

Everything was very good. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable . The Location was perfect for my flight on the next day. The breakfast was very filling and delicious.

Quiet rooms. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Perfect place to spend the night before a flight. The executive rooms are a great deal as they include drinks and canapés in the executive lounge as well as breakfast. Great to have a nespresso machine in the room too.
