The hotel offers an unbeatable quality-to-price ratio. The facilities are very well maintained and ultra clean. The swimming pool is amazing, and the animation team is excellent — always motivating guests to join activities without being too pushy! Big thumbs up to the whole team! There were activities every night, with music and other entertainment. The restaurant is quite diverse, suitable for vegetarians, and offers a good variety of food at each meal. We stayed 5 days at the end of October with our 4-year-old, who loved it (the weather helped — 27–28°C every day). The Crocodile Park is just around the corner, reachable by a $3 taxi ride. It’s 15 minutes from Houmt Souk ($5–$6 by taxi) and 20 minutes from the airport, making it very convenient for exploring the island. The hotel also has direct access to the public beach, where it maintains a private area with deckchairs and a beach lounge. All the staff are very kind and helpful — from the Spa team, lounge and restaurant waiters, and cleaning staff to the receptionists and activity organizers. In addition to the lovely beach facilities, the hotel also features a small aquapark, suitable for both teenagers and adults (great fun!), plus a separate area with water slides for young children (our daughter really enjoyed it!).

Outdoor facilities were very good. Pools were excellent, the acqua park was nice. Beach was clean. Room was spacious and clean. All inclusive was generous if a bit samey every day. Friendly family atmosphere. Animation were lots of fun without being pushy..
