Nice location just outside the city walls. Coffee and tea available. The shower was broken - when we got past the "chat bot" the problem was quickly fixed.

Location was excellent, a 10 minute walk into the city, with good access from major routes. Coffee, milk and juice provided, plus a selection of cereals etc for breakfast which was appreciated. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable and an ideal base to explore Chester

Breakfast was a nice bonus. Wi-fi was fab. choice of Netflix/Prime etc was fab. Think I have left my laptop and i-pad charger though. I am in Chester next week and can come pick them up if you find them.
