A surcharge of $65 applies for arrivals after or before the check-in hours or the check-out hours.Our pet fee is $60 per day per pet limit two (non-refundable)There will be a 2.5% credit card surcharge fee added to each credit card transactionValet parking is a fee paid per night plus tax, self parking garage has an hourly rate and a nightly rate and 2 1/2 blocks down the street our gate lot has hourly and nightly rates.Your room is a pre paid charge before arrival of the room and tax charges only; the Resort fee of $15 and a 2.5% surcharge fee for credit card transactions will be collected at check in. Upon check in you must present a credit card for the $50 per day incidental authorization. Any unused portion will be released at check out. It could take up to 7 business days for the authorization to reflect on your account.Resort Fee of $15 per day will be collected upon check in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Centrally located and valet was the best!! As far as a "older outdated" hotel that is why you stay here!!! If you don't want a old nostalgia of a hotel then this one is not for you!! But if you come to enjoy its old bones then you will find this hotel to be exactly what you are looking for! Hot tub was amazing!!

Hotel was great, location just in the middle of the resort area of Hot Springs. I enjoyed the bar in hotel's lobby. Barman was talkative, making a good contact with guests.
