I liked the fact that every room has an espresso machine and they gave us a lot of amenities. the bed was very comfy and the room was clean. the cleaning services were top notch, they paid a lot of attention to details.

The receptionist who checked me in onf Friday was very helpful and speaks good english. She also suggested tours I could take as they have special discounts at the hotel. She was very knowledgeable and told me which tours to get! She also recommended the resto across the street which was really good! I was at level 0 and and there's no elevator/lift so I assumed it was just 1 floor but there were stairs. I'm glad I was booked there though because my luggage was heavy. Upon entering, there's no ramp so you really had to carry or drag your luggage down about 4 steps. The hotel is quiet and very accessible. It is just less than 10mins away from the metro line 1 (about 2 blocks.) There are restaurants and cafes across the hotel, and a grocery about a block away or less than 5mins. It is also 15-20mins away from the airport. The room itself is clean and comfortable. It's small but goof enough for 1 traveller. There's a Nespresso machine, they have water and a small refrigerator in the room. There's a 50" TV. The toilet and bath is big! My room had 2 sinks, a tub with a shower. Water heater works well. There's a balcony but I couldnt open the door but I think it's okay. Wifi is good within the hotel so when you check in, use the wifi because data is very slow. Data outside is also slow so if you need to book a taxi, do it within the premises of the hotel so you're connected to the wifi.. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and will come back when I get the chance.

Comfortable room and beds. Upon arrival, the room was pleasantly cool despite the unbearable heat outside. Parking in the garage for 15 EUR per day. Close to the metro.
