Our stay was in a week with high temperatures so we highly appreciated the airconditioner in the bedroom under the roof. The ground floor was cooler anyway. Nice garden, friendly host, good breakfast

Absolutely fairytale like environment! Rooms were great and comfortable for a little family of 4 in a quadruple room wìth a little kitchenette inc.: micro and fridge. There were also some playgrounds within the property for children which was a nice touch and very useful for a family of 4. The breakfast was amazing with continental elements and scrambled eggs. Also, the lady was really nice and helpfull all the way! I would absolutely recommend to people who are staying in the Szombathely -Sarvar -Koszeg -Sonne Therme and Bukkfurdo area, it's just in the middle of this area.
