The location is absolutely perfect for a Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge. It is literally 10m from the official start point. The beds are great, there are three showers and a good size kitchen and dining area. The property was neat, tidy and clean, and in a good state of repair. Wifi was available and working (very important since signal strength in the area is mostly zero). The outside on-street parking is handy since the car park (next door) can fill up very quickly (by 5:45 on the day of our trek)

Lovely house in fantastic location. Comfortable with great facilities. Perfect for groups and total luxury for us as a couple, a bathroom each was heaven! We have stayed in Horton a number of times and this is the best accommodation we have found.

Location was fab, house was warm and spacious, good water pressure, 3 bathrooms, light with great views, good parking, lots of fridge space! Couldn’t ask for more for doing the three peaks, would highly recommend!
