Very nice location in the city, nearby some nice restaurants and a bar where you can have breakfast. If you want to cook there is also a kitchen in the house. The terrace on the roof has a beautiful view over the sea/bay. Even the Beach is just around the corner where you can go for a swim. Towels are arranged. The host is very helpfull. Staying at Mar Rosa is highly recommended.

Very nice location. The terrace is fantastic. I never met any other guests while having my coffee. The room is basic, but it was very comfortable bed. If you need, it is an aircon. You can park your car not far from the guest house, not a problem Very nice restaurants and bars are just ten steps away. Easy communication with the host.

very good location near restaurant for the evening and snack bar, very nice neighborhood enough space in the apartment, nice view from the terrace apartment located on the Monte da Guia hiking, near the city center but still very quite with short access to the beach

We had a very nice little apartment in the apartment. We had 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen for exclusive use. The apartment is very nicely furnished and cozy. The position of the house is exceptional, it is located on the edge of a little cliff, down the cliff there is a white sandy beach and the house has a terrace that offers a view on the beach and on the Monte da Guia. The beach is protected from the open sea and people swim there every day. We had one little issue on arrival with the hot water in the bathroom, which was handles quickly and effectively by the staff. The communication was very fast and kind. With 5 minutes walk we can reach the port and the centre of Horta. There are 2 bars and 2 restaurants within 50-100m from the house.
