We liked the quiet rural environment, the comfortable bed and tasteful decor. The kitchen was well-equipped with a large fridge and it was pleasant watching the huge number of birds from the patio. The hostess was very welcoming and provided detailed instructions on finding the property and using the appliances.

One of the few properties I've stayed in that actually met my expectations. Charming cottage with french windows on to a lovely seating area and small garden. Great for bird watching as the bird feeders are busy all day. Saw a bullfinch and greater spotted woodpecker as well as sparrows and bluetits. Very peaceful, being well off the main road with plenty of walks on the doorstep so ideal for cyclists/hikers but still less than a 15 min drive from pubs and a shop. Lots of info on cottage amenities as well as the local area provided. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Good quality Smart TV which made a nice change.

Very well equipped, clean, comfortable cottage. Lovely gardens to look out onto. Peaceful setting. Electric car charging point a bonus.
