Cottage great, great facilities. Tvs in all rooms. Everything we needed. Finished to an excellent standard. Amazing property with wonderful views. Had a lovely phone call from the owner before our stay and accommodated other guests.

Beautiful property it is a credit to owners. Nothing was too much trouble. Even put a Christmas tree in lounge for us .we stayed 3nights and came home today 25/11/24.and have already booked for 5 nights next year. Woodhall spa is really worth a visit and only 10 minutes away. Horncastle town is quaint and some nice little independent shop.
