Nice comfortable bedroom and additional room with a sofa, tv dinner tables, fridges for personal use and a microwave. The house is beautifully located with lovely views out the back. I would recommend asking for the room at the back of the house. Pauline is very welcoming and chatty, as fellow Brits we had a lot to talk about. 😊

Excellent B&B. The host was great and very friendly. The place is beautiful! The most comfy beds we had in our whole trip - wish I could have taken it with me. We were in the room within "hearing distance" of the train. Literally didn't hear it and we had the door to the balcony open all night. If you're a light sleeper you might hear it but the host provides ear plugs. Yes, you are asked to take your shoes off but this is a usual expectation in Canada and in the UK. Why would you want to track the dirt from outside into your clean house? One of our party had broken her ankle which means she was in a boot and taking her shoes off causes an imbalance which may make her fall so the host provided a foot cover so she could wear the boot. Lastly, Pauline went above and beyond and posted something we forgot at the house to us. She didn't have to and did it out of the kindness of her heart to help us out. Would recommend this place to anyone.
