Large bed and large sofa bed in the family room. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Erin at check in was very welcoming and friendly. She provided excellent customer service. Tea/coffee station in the room was excellent.

Very clean room and bathroom, very comfortable bed, tea and coffee making provided. Plenty of on-site car parking. Excellent breakfast choices.

A good welcome after a long journey despite being 10 mins early. The duty manager had kindly put a fan in our room as the weather was very hot. The fare for Sunday evening would have been ok despite the reduced menu had everything been available. I felt so sorry for the waitress who had constantly to apologise for the lack of so many items. It was exceedingly poor. A good breakfast at a reasonable price with an adequate choice.and also better cooked than the previous evening.
