The rooms were somewhat old, but there were enough towels and supplies to make it worth the inconvenience. The view from the room was excellent. We spent every day watching the sunset from our balcony. We had a problem on the first day of our stay and they took care of it right away. Very good company. Thank you also for your kindness in listening to us when we left something in our room. Mary V and Dioreyna L, we hope our lost and found items reach Japan safely!
