Hotel’s SpaHalekulani & Premier Suite modernization project will take place from January 8, 2024, to the end of April 2024.As the safety and comfort of our guests are our top priority, we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience. Please know that the hotel will remain open, and we will be offering our full range of services, including spa treatments throughout the dates of the project.Work will take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm) and will be limited to a designated area of the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very clean and staff were friendly. We stayed in the Ocean View King room - loved the spacious balcony and view. Housekeeping always left our room spotless, restaurant staff were attentive and accommodating, food was delicious, pool staff were always helpful, pool was nice and clean, the hotel is very well maintained, and finally, when i had a minor issue, the manager that I spoke with (I forgot her name) provided exceptional customer service.

The room was beautiful with a lovely view. The facilities were excellent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool area is great to relax in with a tiny beach nearby for an ocean dip. The Orchids restaurant has beautiful food.
