The staff were not enthusiastic every time we asked for something which was disappointing. The hotel is decent for families who want to prepare food on some days or nights. Eating out in waikiki is very expensive. The pool area and BBQ area are very good for family gatherings. The ocean view rooms are the best value. Loved our view! Rooms are clean but starting to date. Will need to be upgraded. All up a good value hotel for families.

The facilities inside the unit. Kitchen was good fridge with ice maker was handy. Pool good. BBQ good. Views from unit great. Air con worked very well.
