A pleasant detached annexe in the host's back garden made for a very comfortable night in Honiton. It was close to shops and restaurants. I did not need parking but there was ample space for guests' cars.

The place that Kimmy and James have is quite simply fantastic. I was so impressed with everything on offer, so clean and fresh. The amenities are superb and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Absolutely wonderful place to stay, I highly recommend it.

The Hosts were second to none and bent over backwards to ensure we had a lovely stay! Highly recommend staying here! Can't fault it
