Adumaya is a gem of a place, even if not cheap. Yunomine (where it is located) is a wonderful onsen village, and the ryokan itself is of outstanding quality. Food was brilliant, staff were very helpful, the rooms extremely comfortable.

This is a very nice traditional inn, comfortable and nice service. Staff did a nice job of accommodating late meal time for our family

Charming and historic right across from a UNESCO site and the Kumamo Kodo trail, this hotel was a great stopping off point halfway along our hike. The staff were absolutely fantastic, and we slept well in the clean rooms.

The location is right opposite the hotspring and the staff are just lovely. I liked it being traditional Japanese and having its own indoor and outdoor male & female springs.
