The place is a managed suite rather than an apartment. There is someone on the desk and you get cleaning every day. There is a short steep slope when arriving, which is only a problem for people with heavy luggage. Provided some complimentary drinks and biscuits. washing machine good. Shower very good. There is a lounge area on the ground floor and also a small outside area. The location is very good, less than 10 mins to Wan-chai metro. WiFi good. Kettle, toaster, cooking hob with hood. kitchen separate room but very small. Iron and ironing board. Air con worked well. You can get complimentary coffee (no tea) and some fruit in the lobby. Tip: there's a supermarket called "Taste" not far away that had the best selection. Recommended.

Apartment looked exactly like it did online. For HK it offers good space, comfort and modern decor. I would def stay again

The location in general is great, in Wan Chai, close to MTR, trams and buses. Tge walk up to the hotel could put a few people off, if cases need to be dragged up, but otherwise a good location. The room was comfortable and a goodsize for two people. The staff very friendly and helpful. WiFi works well, small kitchen facility useful, though with very minimal equipment. Overall a comfortble place to stay for a few nights on Hong Kong.
