Basic but clean, quite and close to transport, eateries and shops. Shower area was big enough, water dispenser downstairs. Helpful staff

The people's manager - Patrick - is always smiling and ready to help. We really recommend looking for him once you enter the hotel. He also knows perfect English. Really close to the metro station - <5 min on foot. There are cheaper options in the area, where you can get food, as it is relatively expensive in Hong Kong. The room was very clean, air conditioning was working fine, and the beds were comfy. There are travel adapters in the room, which was really helpful for us Europeans. We also had a refrigerator, which was a pleasant surprise.

We were upgraded following a mix up with the booking. But the new room was clean and quiet, which all we wanted.

This is a 3* hotel that is actually better than a 4*. The room is spacious, you have where to hang your clothes and put your luggage and the view on the higher floors is great, something very hard to find in HK so I would 100% recommend it.
