We had an amazing experience starting from the staff at the entrance, helping us pick the suitcases from the taxi and welcoming us warmly. When we arrived at the reception, Wylie was so welcoming us to come back as repeated customers giving us a coming home feeling. The room is spacious and has the exceptional skyline view of HK. Wonderful experience.

Overall well maintained room. The location is good for us as we do like walking down the hill through the parks. The shuttle bus or public bus service are good enough too. We usually took a taxi back at night from the nearby subway station which is quite efficient and affordable. The staff are very helpful.

Large, clean, and comfortable room on the 29th floor. Superb view on Hong Kong sky line. No outside or inside noise, perfect night of sleep. As the room is fully equipped, we prepared our breakfast (there is a nice supermarket on the building next door). Excellent value for the price.

The hotel staff were very helpful. We had requested for a baby cot and it came with bedding (pillow and duvet) which was unexpected. Location was excellent as well, we travelled with our 10mo and he really enjoyed the botanical garden which is a close 5 min walk. There is also a supermarket nearby which is very useful. All in all, a very wonderful stay and we will definitely return to stay again.
