Great location. I found the staff difficult to deal with - perhaps it was the language barrier. We did breakfast at a cafe across the road. Unbeknown to us it was cash only (we only had card at that stage). I went back to the hotel and the young lady at reception loaned me $100HKD to pay the breakfast bill. I repaid her later that day once we had found a bank. We really appreciated this level of service from the lady at reception.

The price was reasonable and the location was very good ,which is very close to the station,bus stop and a beautiful park and also I could find many shops,stores,restaurants,diners near by. Not only location but also hospitality was excellent to me. A trainee receptionist helped me a lot with kind when I was asking him about late check out. If I visit Hong Kong again,I'll surely stay here,The Kimberly hotel. It was very comfortable stay to me. Thank you.
