The location is excellent, close to restaurants and cafes, and easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and I couldn’t hear any noise from other guests.

Pretty good for the price considering it’s HK. Location was not central but a short walk to the tram that goes to the main station. Staff were very polite. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Decent view

The Emperor Hotel is an excellent place to stay to explore Hong Kong. It is well managed with everything in order and delivered to a high standard. We particularly liked the location, the beautiful views from the room and the complimentary pick up and drop off at the MTR station that enabled easy travel to and from the airport. The staff were professional and did their jobs to the expected standards.
