The Hong Kong Government’s regulation of disposable plastic tableware and other plastic products will be implemented from 22 April 2024. At The Cityview, we encourage all our guests to bring their own toothpaste, toothbrush, and personal care items during their stay. Please contact the hotel for details.Guests who shorten their stay after check-in may be charged an additional penalty fee.Please note that all cancellations, modifications and no-show charges are subject to a service charge.Credit card details must be provided upon making any reservations, Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival as a guarantee of arrival. We loved the cleanliness and decor of the rooms and hotel. Housekeeping were very polite and friendly. It was also on a very good location convenient to the subway and restaurants

Room is clean with all what you need during the stay. Great location, right at the heart of Mongkok, meaning you can get access to all the shopping malls and restaurants nearby within a minute walking distance.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The lifts worked well and staff were helpful. We were close to some good places to eat and the tube was very easy to get to.
