Ann is an amazing human being. She made special halal food for us. The Chef was excellent. We were next to the beach. I really enjoyed the hotel hospitality. Lovely people. This hotel also allowed pets which is a great thing to do. The hotel staff dropped off our luggage at the ferry terminal even. I would say that their customer service is outstanding.

Breakfast was simple but good enough. We were satisfied. My husband usually complains about the eggs or bacon or bread but this time he was smiling and said "this is much better than I expected". And my son thinks that it waa a wonderful location, up and down the mountain on the way there so we were actually thinking twice about roller coaster because it seemed like it is more fun going there in the taxi especially late at night. And the most important thing was that we had a good night sleep.

The staff! SO friendly and helpful! Steve, Belinda and Fanny looked after me like a family member. They provided excellent food, top class service and friendly assistance. I would like to make a special mention for ANA who spent time listening to me and did everything I could ask for, and more. This lady was attentive, impeccably polite, well informed and also wonderful company. I cannot thank the staff enough! I will certainly return whenever I'm back in Hong Kong. Thanks so much everyone.
