Please kindly note: -Guests are required to present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking upon check-in or when making payment at the property. - In case of no show or late cancellation, guests will be charged with the service fee associated with the room charge. - The Continental Club Lounge welcomes children aged 13 and above. - Each room can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 children (12 years old or under). - The breakfast inclusive rate only includes maximum 2 daily breakfasts. All staying guests must provide their names at the time the reservation is made. Name modifications are not allowed after the reservation is confirmed. The names of the guests checking in must be identical to the names on the reservation.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very easily accessible through different modes of transport and close to some tourist sites.The rooms are very spacious. Ideal place to stay if you want to shop too

The hotel is well located, very central, the rooms are reasonably big and very well designed and have all the things we need for a pleasant stay. Above all, the staff are amazing, especially the concierge team, Joe and Kinlok are especially friendly and they help make our stay a very memorable one.

The hotel was near the West Kowloon station which was convenient for taking the high speed rail and connected to a mall. There are many eateries down the same street.

At check-in, one of the staff insisted — almost pressured us — to upgrade from a regular room to a suite. We agreed, but unfortunately, the suite was not clean when we entered. Overall, the hotel feels very gloomy and uninviting. Breakfast was very poor, with limited options. When some dishes ran out, they were very slow to refill them, and by the time they did, you’d already forgotten you asked. The location is excellent, but sadly, I do not recommend this hotel.
