The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping team seems to be trained well and doing their best. I had a quiet corner of the hotel without any noise and the communication with the front desk and housekeeping staff was seamless. The hotel location is perfect, walking distance from all types of shops, malls and touristy needs. As well, public transport stops are less than 0.5 km in any direction. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors for short trips.

Room was an excellent size for HK. Only wish was for a larger work table. Also the problem with every HK hotel- Only accepts UK plug format - Wonder when will this change Coffee machine was good. Number of pods is OK for 1 person but not for 2 Love the efforts to remove SUP. Wish for 2 water jugs to fill instead of one. Also the water filling point was only 1 per floor

Rooms spacious clean and recently renovated location ideal for Kowloon Victoria harbour short walk to bus stops and MTR on Nathan road. Be quick this hotel sells out quickly. This hotel has beautiful rooms with excellent lighting and phone charging points with sitting areas and clothes storage. The hotel does not have a large lounge or sitting areas. I did not need a lounge area as my room was so beautiful and spacious with seating desk and luxury chair.
