The staff are very nice and attentive. The hotel is a great location and a short walk to TST and local restaurants etc. The lobby is lovely and they have good quality live music in the lobby bar. The breakfast is okay, not worth paying the extra for it which is a real shame as we LOVE a hotel breakfast. It is decent but hoped for better. The executive lounge has a nice view of the harbour. We stayed in a Harbour view suite and the view was nice. I did love that they had TOTO toilets with heated seats, that was very cool and also a dyson hairdryer.

Great location and nice wine list at the lobby, enjoy very much our stay. The lobby looks a bit old fashion and dark but rooms are of good size for Hong Kong. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Feel comfortable during our 2-week stay.

Nice hotel. Staff were wonderful, very responsive and friendly. I love that they practice environmental sustainability - 1) Water provided in the room is in a glass bottle, which can be refilled at the lift lobby. 2) Water provided during the conference is in bottles. 3) Soap, conditioner, and shampoo were provided in reusable, refillable bottles, avoiding troublesome mini plastic bottles. 4) We were given the option of having our room cleaned and the towels not replaced daily, with food credit. This is an excellent idea! If we dont change our towels at home regularly, we can live with the same towels for 3-4 days in a hotel. Would generally love to stay here again, but the location is a little far from the nearest MTR.
