Location was good and easy access to all attractions. The first room they assigned me was in a bad condition, however when I reported to the counter they exchanged another room for me . The second room was newly renovated so it’s much better.

The location. It's close to the metro station and close proximity to Mongkok. Lots of food places around.

We were very happy with the hotel. They gave us an upgrade and the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was always helpful. The hotel is close to the Metro and walking distance to the train station.

We extended our stay from initially booking 1 night and stayed 4 nights due to a cancelled flight. The location is walking distance to temple street and MTR - we used Jordan station. Shops close by and restaurants. Nice buffet breakfast too that the kids always looked forward to. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is good in terms of transportation availability. Not as much in terms of food and breakfast options. The room is huge, a bit worn out, but equipped well and I like plenty of sockets. What was almost unbearable is first a bathroom curtain that smelled really bad. This foul odor was accumulating during the day and night and was permanent. Another thing is that our room was adjacent to some service room and when the staff started their morning routines we heard a lot of noise from that room, like as it was in our room.

The hotel's location is excellent! We took the airport bus, and the stop was conveniently right next to the hotel. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, night markets, and a mall nearby, and the MTR station is just a few minutes away. The room is more spacious than any other hotel we've stayed at in Hong Kong, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next visit!
