Stayed here before and thus decided to stay here again. Very impressive lobby - pure opulence. I chose a king deluxe room with a full Victoria Harbour view which was amazing! Breakfast catered for all tastes and was delicious. Staff were all friendly especially the Filipino and Chinese concierge (who did some Chinese transcripts for me) and all porters. The man fronting the Chinese restaurant on the lower ground floor and gym attendant on 22 May visit were accommodating in explaining things.

large room that had a side view of the water but did look into the building opposite but we had curtains. Staff were very friendly and helpful. we were fortunate to get to experience the executive lounge complimentary.

Our room was an excellent size with a great view of the river, the Hotel was well situated and clean with all staff being friendly and professional especiallyCynthia, Alan and Jonathan. We look forward to returning to this Hotel when we next visit Hong Kong.
