The friendliness of the staff is amazing. A big thank you from Nicole from guest relations for making me feel welcome. The breakfast is sensational and the Lobster Bar is an icon.

We stayed in a modern room, mountain & city view. It was sparkling clean, beautifully presented and included everything we could have needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The staff were very kind, extremely helpful and gave a warm welcome, complete with an easy check-out process, generous with luggage storage and access to the wellness room to refresh before leaving for the airport in the afternoon. The location was great, walking distance to the peak tram, restaurants, shopping, all transport options - was really well connected to travel anywhere. We can’t speak higher of the accommodations & service. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend to others going to Hong Kong.
