The credit card used for reservation must be presented upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest's name checking in.Please note that for non-refundable bookings, guests cannot change guest names and stay period.Kindly be informed that the hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle bus service every 30 minutes from 05:15 to 00:45. The bus ride is approximately 5 minutes. Guests in need please proceed to Car Park 1 Bay 11/12 Terminal 1 for Airport Shuttle pick-up, or contact the hotel's Airport Representative at B05 Marriott Counter in Terminal 1 for assistance.Kindly note that parking charge is HKD 100 for minimum 2 hour and additional hour is HKD 50. Special overnight parking rate for hotel guest, charge HKD 300 for 24-hour.The single-use plastic ban relevant to the hotel industry has been implemented. The initiative aims to promote eco-friendliness and encourages travelers to bring their toiletries. The reception staff was charming and professional. The room was spacious and spotless clean. Express check out was super convenient so we could catch a shuttle in no time. Train near the hotel takes you to HK centre in 20 min.
