Guests are required to provide the booker and staying guests' name in English (same as shown on the passports) during the booking process. The hotel lobby is very grand and luxurious and there were special character meet and greets and activities. We were able to get two connecting rooms which was really nice and made it convenient for families. The beds were very comfortable and we really liked the outdoor patio that overlooks the gardens. We also had an incident with the plumbing and the staff were very quick to come in and fix it.

1. I like the convinience of the hotel to and from the park. It's very convenient: ✓It has a shuttle bus to and from the park. This will be a big help especially at night after enjoying the whole day at the park. The long walks will make you really appreciate that you made the right decision to stay at the hotel ✓The park has an exclusive gate for hotel guest which can help you save time and get ahead of others. 2. Well maintained rooms even if the hotel was built 20 years ago. 3. My daughter loved the linens. 4. I enjoyed the veranda of our room. The calming sound of the birds chirping in the morning while drinking a cup of coffee from their Nespresso machine. 5. Hotel staff are fast to accommodate your needs

Breakfast: ok 7/10 but too expensive. Rooms: very good clean and well maintained. Kids: characters very entertaining for kids but having three year olds paying full price for breakfast is not good, should be half price.

Good customer service. When I called to room service for a bucket of ice , it was delivered to me fast within 5- 10 mins. Check in process is smooth and less waiting time.
