Please note that hotel do not accept name change once the booking is made. Guests are required to provide the booker and staying guests' name in English (same as shown on the passports) during the booking process. Guests are required to present a photo identification and credit card used for the reservation upon check-in. The hotel will verify if the guest is the authorized cardholder.If you have made a room reservation at a breakfast-included rate, you will be entitled to Enchanted Garden Restaurant Buffet Breakfast (With meeting Disney Friends) for TWO persons per room per night .If you have made a room reservation at a dinner-included rate, you will be entitled to Enchanted Garden Restaurant Buffet Dinner (With meeting Disney Friends) for TWO persons per room per night. Designated dinner at Enchanted Garden Restaurant is available between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. and must be consumed on the check-in date.Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required for deposit before check-in.

My family and I loved our stay at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. We loved the hedge maze, the pool area, the band playing Disney songs, the gift shop, the staff and having breakfast with the Disney characters.

Exceptionally polished and well maintained hotel. Elegantly furnished, and filled with little Disney details everywhere. See how many Mickeys and other characters you can spot! Closest hotel to the park, so u can walk. Takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Staff were all very well trained, helpful and attentive to guests needs. Meeting the Disney characters was a real highlight. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything is so wonderful, especially activities in the hotel. Love the breakfast and having the special characters there for photos.!!!! I love it and highly recommend staying in the hotel
