Please note that hotel do not accept name change once the booking is made. Guests are required to provide the booker and staying guests' name in English (same as shown on the passports) during the booking process. Guests are required to present a photo identification and credit card used for the reservation upon check-in. The hotel will verify if the guest is the authorized cardholder.If you have made a room reservation at a breakfast-included rate, you will be entitled to Enchanted Garden Restaurant Buffet Breakfast (With meeting Disney Friends) for TWO persons per room per night .If you have made a room reservation at a dinner-included rate, you will be entitled to Enchanted Garden Restaurant Buffet Dinner (With meeting Disney Friends) for TWO persons per room per night. Designated dinner at Enchanted Garden Restaurant is available between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. and must be consumed on the check-in date.Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required for deposit before check-in.

Breakfast: ok 7/10 but too expensive. Rooms: very good clean and well maintained. Kids: characters very entertaining for kids but having three year olds paying full price for breakfast is not good, should be half price.

Good customer service. When I called to room service for a bucket of ice , it was delivered to me fast within 5- 10 mins. Check in process is smooth and less waiting time.

Whenever we need something, we will just scan a QR code and a knock on a door will be heard with the staff bringing what you want. They are so attentive with your needs. Cleaning is done everyday with toothbrush, towels, bathrobes and slippers provided. The kids enjoyed the pool area, the garden and play area. I had a morning run and it was so refreshing with the view of the sea. We were there a week before my daughter's 8th birthday but they still sent us a birthday card greeting. My daughter was so happy about it. Everything went smoothly from check-in time to check out. During our Disneyland Park visit, it was convenient as there is a shuttle bus just outside the hotel. Over all, we enjoyed our stay.
