Please note that hotel do not accept name change once the booking is made. Guests are required to provide the booker and staying guests' name in English (same as shown on the passports) during the booking process. Guests are required to present a photo identification and credit card used for the reservation upon check-in. The hotel will verify if the guest is the authorized cardholder.If you have made a room reservation at a breakfast-included rate, you will be entitled to Enchanted Garden Restaurant Buffet Breakfast (With meeting Disney Friends) for TWO persons per room per night .If you have made a room reservation at a dinner-included rate, you will be entitled to Enchanted Garden Restaurant Buffet Dinner (With meeting Disney Friends) for TWO persons per room per night. Designated dinner at Enchanted Garden Restaurant is available between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. and must be consumed on the check-in date.Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required for deposit before check-in.

Very good location and user-friendly. Actually has a lot of facilities so you can also enjoy the hotel. Love the breakfast where the Disney characters come and meet the kids

The hotel was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Also enjoyed the food. Loved meeting the Disney characters during breakfast with my family. Apart from that the room was spacious and fine, and we love the balcony view towards the ocean, and the Resort.

My family and I loved our stay at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. We loved the hedge maze, the pool area, the band playing Disney songs, the gift shop, the staff and having breakfast with the Disney characters.
