The room was great - we had a good view of the harbour from our window, which was awesome especially at night with all the buildings on view across the other side. The staff were all straight-forwardly great - had no issues whatsoever and they were helpful when needed. The room was pleasant to stay in, comfy bed, reasonable temperature controls, and a warm shower.

The pool is epic. Views from the pool and our room, epic. Not having to pay a deposit was awesome, It was easy as to leave your bag there, and our bags were watched and kept safe.

I booked this hotel because it had a great pool; not knowing that the pool was going to be closed for duration of my stay! You have to pay for water for your room - I’ve not experienced that in any hotel for years. No food or drink opportunity after 10pm. But, the buffet breakfast is excellent, the staff largely very happy, it’s very clean, excellent pillows! and although there isn’t much around the area, it’s only one stop on the subway and a few minutes to Mong Kok. Good views across the harbour when the Patio bar is open.

The service and hospitality of the hotel staff was superb. The timings of shuttle bus to the middle road and back to hotel was on dot and smooth ride.

The room is perfectly clean every day. The staff is lovely and enthusiastic. Every piece of equipment in the room is really convenient and the view is wonderful. The location is also perfect as it's right next to Hung Hom station.
