Great location very safe at night they have a lovel coffee shop in the lobby, the room walls were soundproof i couldnt hear any street or adjacent room noises.

I needed a cork screw for a bottle of wine. Whilst going to my friends room I met the Executive Housekeeper so I asked him. A minute after I arrived at my friend's room he knock on the door to inquire if we needed glasses. 5 minutes later he arrived with a wine waiter, corkscrew and 4 wine glasses. Such service. I did ask for his name but I have forgotten, please pass on my thanks again
