Check in was smooth, we arrived early morning and received a warm welcome from Queenie. She was so lovely, and we managed an early check in, gave tips on the local area and attractions. We had access to the lounge, Floor 19, so we had breakfast and snacks there, too. The eggs benedict is divine and a must have. Our room was 1634, the electronic pad by the bedside controls the lights, air con, and Do not disturb. Whampoa is the nearest MTR, you can get a tourist travel card for $75 HKD. Check in for the airport can be accessed at kowloon MTR, the airport express costs $30 per person.

Tiffany one of the reception staff was absolutely amazing she was so helpful and made such a difference to how much we enjoyed Hong Kong. She could teach a lot of the other staff so much. Loved the view from our room. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the harbour. Housekeeping were so efficient.....room made up by the time we returned from breakfast. Easy access to MTR to get around.
