The fine print
Hong Kong will implement controls on disposable plastic items starting from April 22. Hotels and guesthouses are banned from providing disposable toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water for free.
Hotels can provide disposable bottled water and other regulated plastic items, but they must provide them as separate charges and the charges must be listed separately on the bill. If necessary, travelers can pay to purchase their own toiletries from the hotel or bring their own.

5 min walk away from Fortress Hill station. Very convenient location. There is a 7-eleven around the corner too, a 2 min away. The room is not too small and very comfortable!

My recent stay at Eco Tree Hotel Causeway Bay was excellent. I would like to thank to the Hotel's Supervisor Ms Amy Yim and her team for their hard work and efforts to make up the room clean and comfortably. Also, staff attentive to every details is very much appreciated. I will definitely be visiting again.

The room was quite spacious compared to most hotels in the area, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. The property is well-maintained, and the staff were generally helpful. They could be a bit more welcoming, but that seems to be a common experience in Hong Kong. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay.
