Guests are required to inform the hotel and book at least 1 day in advance. Please contact hotel directly to arrange.The swimming pool is available from 09:30 AM to 07:30 PM (Monday to Friday); 07:30 AM to 07:30PM (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday).During the stay, our hotel requires a deposit of HK$500 per room per night, with a maximum of HK$2,000 per room for the entire stay, to cover any incidental charges. Guests may choose to pay the deposit in cash or by credit card. If there are no incidental charges or damages incurred, guests who paid the deposit in cash will receive a full refund in cash upon check-out. For guests who paid by credit card, the incidental deposit will be refunded to their account in approximately 14 working days after check-out.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location we had a salon room with rollaway bed, also had a lounge and fantastic big bed, great size room Breakfast was fantastic with so many options and a short walk to the temple street markets Has a great bar with yum cocktails Would stay here again

Probably the best hotel I have stayed in. Everything is thought of and their goal is to get the sense of a community - which you do. I have worked in the hotel industry for over 11 years. Good job, guys.

In the middle of all the bustling things. You can walk to to Mongkok or to Tsim Tsa Chui. Everything is in walking distance. The staff is friendly and the hotel is old but stil very nice

I would like to say something about the power point PLUG in the room, they are located under the TV, and there is a wood panel that make it difficult to plug into it when we want to put the charger. I think it need to be improved.

Rooms are well appointed with great views and restaurant breakfast is excellent. All the staff here are friendly and willing to help with requests, from front office to housekeeping,all accommodating. The choice of restaurants under the hotel is great to grab a quick bite to eat as well. Handy having gym and pool at the property . Is centrally located with easy access to busses and trains. Concierge are very knowledgeable and good.
