As it was Golden Week in China queuing for breakfast on my first day took 15 minutes as there were so many guests to accommodate. However, I must add that the staff were exceptional and so well organised that there was never a shortage of food or any crockery. Tables were cleared quickly and well.

I stayed for a month, the staff is friendly, chill and supportive; the hotel actually arranged for me to have weekly laundry for free, this is such a life saver when you don't have many clothes. The hotel is super well located on an incredible area, transportation is at a walking distance (bus, mtr), plenty of restaurants to choose from. I had a small trip to Europe for a conference and the concierge locked my room so when I returned everything was as I left it. Extremely trustworthy. Every floor has a water dispenser, that was also super appreciated. Excellent for solo female travelers.

Location is excellent, Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is good. The gym is small but good. Longterm rates are very reasonable.
